There isn't one. Sometimes things just take a long time because it gets stuck somewhere. You have warrant to worry after the 14 day mark, but it could still show up. My last airmail took 5 Days.

You act like I'm not aware of the mounds of snow falling from the sky right now.

As Mr. S. said some time back at a live show.
The flight companies in Japan is heading against a very rough time and the same goes for the post service in Japan.
But it should come around your neighborhood very soon.

You send at complain to the American Post service. If they got no track of your package. Contact Mr. S. and ask him if he can ask the Japanese Post Office about your package.

Wait, what?
You do know that the very first place that the snow plows get out is on the landing fields (think that is what they are called) since they can't keep an air plain in the air :p
So let's say.. If you can't drive in the streets.. Your package is at the airport... :p

Customs is a No Cussing!.. I remember they kept some of my stuff there for days. And I always use Airmail.
The reason they always keep my packages in customs is probably because they got suspicious about me :p

Move on? There really isn't anything you CAN do. Airmail doesn't have insurance or tracking. That's one of the "risks" involved with ordering Non-EMS shipping. I doubt it's "lost" more less it got held up at customs or something and never got sent out. Bug the post office or something.
