Store Credit

OK, you guys may remember me from a few weeks ago, when I ordered SH Figuarts Kamen Rider Decade Complete form and got the FFR instead. The item was shipped and confirmed to reach the California Office on January 12th 2010. Now, I was told that once the item was recieved, I would get full store credit ASAP. I made an account and have no store credit as of right now. Am I supposed to do something to activate it? Help Plz!

There's a possibility SuperBen is really busy, as he wasn't around the live show last night. Again, shoot them an e-mail. There should be nothing you need to do to activate it.

Okay, so I got the store credit and ordered it, however, I got this message. "We will hold your order until payment has been fully funded and processed through the PayPal website. Orders not funded are subject to cancellation." How do I get the rest of the order funded through the PayPal website?

Please help! I've sent emails and PMs and haven't gotten a response and it's been almost a week! How do I pay for the rest of my item through the Pay Pal website? Do I send the money to orders@cstoysjapan.com? What do I do? confused

We here at the forum have no direct knowledge of how things in the store work, and we can only supply support in simple matters. Things like this are beyond our knowledge, and you will have to talk to SuperBen or Mr. S.

Your store credit was not enough to cover your new order. Upon checkout you should have been directed to pay the rest of your balance.

also contact emails should be ordersATcsDASHtoysDOTcom or ordersATcstoysjapanDOTcom
